“It’s not the world that needs to change – it’s our consciousness we must raise” – Rasheed Ogunlaru
Expand is a movement with the intent to teach others through experience and to raise consciousness towards a happier and fulfilling life, and about opening yourself to new possibilities, reconnecting with your inner self, embracing the divine within you and connecting with like minded people.

The vision of Expand is to share knowledge and ideas to become more conscious and aware in all aspects of our life’s, so that we can live more sustainable and leave the earth greener and cleaner for our next generation.
There will be various yoga modalities, such as partner, laughter, kundalini, aerial, Hatha and acro; and yoga therapy, vinyasa flow, Qi Gong, sound journeys, meditation and talks. The event is child-friendly, and there will be vegetarian meals and other other stalls.
