Spotted Dikkop

■ Roswitha Keller spotted this perfectly-hued Kaptriel (Spotted Dikkop) at her Somerset West home recently. “The couple had a cub, but unfortunately we found it dead in the pool in the morning. Now the couple has laid a new egg and we hope their cub will survive this time. They have lived in our garden for several years,” she says.
