Rotary Anns donate sanitary pads

Rotary Anns The Helderberg Rotary Anns support the Somerset West Family Shelter in different ways. This time the object was “ to keep young girls in school” - whereby numerous packs of reusable absorbent washable sanitary pads and panties were handed to young girls. This also contributes to the landfill not being clogged up with non-biodegradable waste. Pictured is Martha Roberts, one of the social workers, and some girls at the event.
