The Helderberg Cardiac Support Group is set to host its annual Heart Health Seminar on Saturday, October 11, at the Helderberg Village clubhouse.
The event will run from 8am to 1pm and promises to be a morning filled with healthcare expert insights and inspiration for anyone affected by heart disease or those wanting to protect their heart health.
It will also feature practical sessions on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to keep the heart strong, and an opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey.
This year’s theme, 'Getting Your Life Back – and Keeping It Active,' highlights the belief that life after heart surgery, a heart attack, or stent placement is not just about survival, but about regaining energy, independence, and joy.
The entry fee is R100 a person, which includes a lucky draw ticket. For more information, contact Trudi List at 078 747 1859 or email realtrudi@gmail.com
