Whether you're short on time or just want to get started with strength routines, this 30-minute full- body workout can get you out of a bind and/or get you hooked on dumbbell circuits.
It was created by fitness expert James Stirling, so you can be sure that you can do it at home. The trainer has specialized in sharing complete, quick, effective sessions that, above all, do not require going to the gym.
Although it is true that it is recommended to train by muscle groups, with specific exercises for each area and so on, these types of circuits have many benefits not only for saving you time, but because they generally tend to have dynamic movements that will provide improvements in your mobility and cardiovascular system even if it is not pure cardio. So you have plenty of reasons to do a full body workout at least once a week.
This particular one has just six exercises that you'll need to do for 30 seconds so if you're just starting out it'll be pretty accessible for your level .
You can choose between a fast pace to try to complete as many reps as possible in that time, or something easier if needed.Stirling also adds another 30 seconds of rest after each set, plus 1 minute between sets.
Of course, you can modify these times according to the intensity you prefer, just like with the dumbbells. The trainer recommends opting for medium or large dumbbells, but if you are a beginner, choose the lightest ones first.
With all that clear, all that remains is to write down the movements and get to it.
