Top performing pupil makes school proud

Mr Hurshele Carolissen, Circuit Manager, of the Metro East Education District, gives Danielle her gift.

An announcement on Thursday 18 March brought incredible good news to Parel Vallei High School.

It announced that Parel Vallei’s Dux learner of 2020, Danielle Kleyn, came first in the National Senior Certificate exam in the Metro East Education District.

“What an outstanding achievement for Danielle and Parel Vallei. We as PV family are extremely proud of her,!” said Griselda Botha, Communications officer of Parel Vallei.

Mr. Hurshele Carolissen (Circuit Manager – Metro East) congratulated Danielle in person and gave her a tablet, sponsored by Pearson as a gift for this phenomenal accomplishment.
