Winners announced for this year’s Filmit Festival

Winners of the 2022 Filmit Festival was recently announced during an awards ceremony hosted at The Homecoming Centre in Cape Town. Pupils from across the country, including all nominees, friends and their families attended the awards ceremony alongside a selection of judges and Filmit Festival mentors. Paul Roos Gymnasium pupil, Jordan Cridland, left, won the award for the Best Supporting Actor in Hit & Mis. His prize includes a R1000 cash prize, a coaching session with actor Deon Lotz and a cameo appearance in the soapie, Suidooster.
