Hirsch’s celebrate World Sleep Day with donation

To celebrate World Sleep Day on Friday March 15, a team from Hirsch's Somerset West, along with bed manufacturers, Cloud Nine and Rest Assured, recently visited Kingdom Kids, a creche committed to supporting children in need in Sir Lowry’s Pass Village,’ to donate mattresses. Pictured here, are the team from Hirsch’s with the donated goods and the happy recipients at Kingdom Kids.

Present at the mattress donation on the day are donors with recipient Edith Etson from Kingdom Kids. From left, are Rochelle Pillay, Edith Etson, Francois Tiart and Shaun Geyser. The Public Relations Officer for Hirsch’s, Shane Spencer said that the initiative underscores the importance of quality sleep in promoting overall well-being, particularly for children. “Adequate sleep is essential for physical health, cognitive development, and emotional well-being,” he said.
