Bolander editor Carolyn Frost got a bird’s eye view of local dams over the weekend, from a vintage 1946 Piper Cub... Theewaterskloof Dam, pictured, is currently at 106% capacity, and a sight for sore eyes, after the dismal level in 2018, when the reservoir only held 12% of its capacity. Theewaterskloof holds 40% of Cape Town’s total water storage capacity, so this bodes well for next summer.
