Bruce Kaiser and Kelly Steenhuisen, who have been travelling around South Africa for more than five months, working on permaculture farms and sharing knowledge, in a quest to one day live completely self sustainably, visited Helderberg Hospice recently. As part of their mission is to give back to the environment by planting one tree per tank of fuel they use in their travels, James du Plessis, one of Bruce and Kelly’s sponsors, donated a young yellowwood sapling for Bruce and Kelly to plant in the hospice Garden of Remembrance.
