A play putting on show the intricacies and ever-evolving elements of love through letter writing, Love Letters by A R Gurney, is on stage next month at The Drama Factory.
It was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and has been performed on Broadway and the West End with an array of brilliant actors playing Andy and Melissa, a man and a woman who write letters to each other over the years.

And as Melissa says, “Come to the show and find out.” And then the character Andy says, “Just a quick note. Are you in trouble…Congratulations on baby number two.”
How about, “what are you doing in Florence?” Melissa answers, “I’m painting”. to which Andy’ replies, “Good luck on the painting. Go slow on the other things”.
